BRADENTON, FLORIDA, USA, Mar. 4, 2025 – Recreatives Industries, Inc. (OTC: RECX) (“Recreatives” or the “Company”), manufacturer of MAX Amphibious 6×6 All-Terrain Vehicles (www.maxatvs.com), is pleased to provide a corporate update highlighting the Company’s recent activity to its shareholders.
Recreatives resumed production of its brand of amphibious ATVs in 2024 by launching its new MAX 2 ATV in June and fulfilling pre-orders of new vehicles starting in July 2024 to customers and dealers. The Company soft-launched its new dealer program by signing on five US-based dealers in 2024. Under previous ownership prior to the company ending production in 2013, Recreatives managed 200 to 250 active dealers in its North American dealer network. This year, management is strongly focusing on scaling up its new dealer program domestically and internationally.
Seeking to begin the expansion of MAX into international markets during 2025, The Company is preparing to ship three MAX ATVs to the UK today to undergo UKCA and CE certification to validate UK and EU conformity prior to launching MAX in the UK and Europe. The company has already received many dealer inquiries from US-based dealers and international dealers in countries including Canada, UK, Denmark, Dubai, Guatemala, and Australia.
In Fall 2024, Recreatives increased its investment into marketing by showcasing its vehicles at Powersports and Outdoor trade shows and events starting in 2025, and adverting both online and in print, notably Ducks Unlimited Mazagine. Historically, marketing has played a significant role in brand awareness for building both the customer base and dealer network for MAX ATVs, so the Company plans to further invest into marketing throughout 2025.
Regarding the entire MAX ATV product line, management has already initiated the preliminary work to relaunch the MAX 4 (four passenger) model in the second half of 2025 as well as the Buffalo Truck model in late 2025 to early 2026. Recreatives has already gained interest from multiple government divisions ranging from the Army Corps of Engineers to Search and Rescue. The former company supplied MAX vehicles to the US Military, and RECX management believes that launching an upgraded MAX 4 and Buffalo Truck can further cater to today’s needs in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

About Recreatives Industries, Inc.
RECREATIVES INDUSTRIES, INC. (“RECX”) is the manufacturer of MAX amphibious six-wheel-drive (6×6) all-terrain vehicles (www.maxatvs.com), originally manufactured by Recreatives Industries Inc. of Buffalo, NY, from 1970 to 2013. RECX is continuing MAX’s brand legacy of 53 years by relaunching the entire MAX ATV product line from existing, proven designs, which will ensure a rapid re-entry into the global ATV and UTV. Beyond traditional MAX ATV production, RECX plans to diversify its product line by introducing new vehicles and products to market in a compressed timeframe. The company’s planned diversification includes larger eight-wheeled vehicles (8×8) as well as electric vehicle (EV) drivetrains to draw on recent advancements in battery and drive motor technology, which make fitment in smaller vehicles possible. RECX management believes that electric vehicles can ultimately offer performance that exceeds that of the traditional mechanical transmissions that most all-terrain vehicles employ.
