Planet Resource Recovery Inc. (OTC: PRRY) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has begun the application with FINRA for a name change and ticker symbol change, which will reflect the over half-century historic identity of the renowned MAX All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) brand. The Company’s name change will also soon become effective with Nevada Secretary of State.

Updates: The Company has recently launched a newly designed website (www.maxatvs.com), which showcases the three MAX vehicle models that the Company plans to produce beginning in fall of 2023. The Company has already begun to generate revenue from its OEM Parts website, and new parts continue to be added to the site as the inventory becomes available.

The Company is diligently searching for a suitable building to manufacture MAX All-Terrain Vehicles in Western New York that can accommodate the Company’s planned rapid growth – forecasted to reach 1,350 vehicles annually and $18.9 Million in revenue by 2026. The Company’s latest business plan and forecasts are based upon more than 20 years of detailed data generated under previous ownership and interpreted by company President, Galen Reich, who has been a member of upper management with the MAX brand since 1993.
